DORMA introduces new automatic curved sliding door range

DORMA has extended its portfolio of BST automatic curved sliding doors with the introduction of a new ‘Comfort Line’, developed to complement the well established ‘Special Line’ range.

Whilst the ‘Special Line’ provides customers with a bespoke and customised design service, the new ‘Comfort Line’ offers a range of six pre-determined diameters in a half circle (180°) or full circle (360°) designs.

The result is an unrivalled choice of styles and configurations from DORMA that meets practically any specification and budget requirement.

Now, with the two DORMA BST automatic curved sliding door ranges, half circles, full circles, ovals, segments, double segments – and variants deriving from these styles – are all possible. The systems are manufactured as concave and convex versions and can be combined with other automatic doors.

DORMA BST automatic curved sliding doors offer an aesthetic finish and can be designed to either contrast or harmonise with the building façade, providing an all-glass appearance complemented and augmented by the slender and attractive profile of the fine frame.

All units are manufactured to DORMA’s usual stringent quality standards, incorporating an ‘intelligent’ microprocessor control that ensures smooth running of the system and maximum operational safety.

For emergency exits and escape routes the doors can be supplied with a redundant operator, an additional control unit for safety purposes and a special radar motion detector.
