DORMA supply a comprehensive, round-the-clock service to ensure that your doors stay open, operating correctly and safely for your customers.

With your doors being the first visual impression a customer gets of your business it is vitally important that they operate efficiently as well as reliably.

Automatic Doors are legally required to be serviced annually to BS 7036 specifications to verify they are safe and secure.  DORMA provide after-care for DORMA and non-DORMA doors including the installation of replacements when necessary.

Manual Doors require inspection at six monthly intervals with particular attention being paid to panic and emergency exit bars, hinges and pivots and door closers.

Any necessary adjustments should be carried out at this time to ensure that closing speeds are correct and door latches properly, ensuring the safety of people moving around your building.

Industrial Doors including roller shutters, grills, sliding and folding doors are often subject to punishing wear and tear.

Consequently they require regular service and maintenance to ensure they are legal, safe and secure and are operating efficiently.

Access Control comprising speaker system and keypad or card swipe security systems can be supplied and fitted by DORMA Door Services.  These systems can be linked to the automatic doors to offer a remote locking facility.
