We are looking for a person with experience within a similar role or mechanical aptitude with our service division within our Falkirk branch.
The successful candidate will have good overall knowledge of a fast moving customer care environment delivering technical services to customers.
Duties will cover analysing problems and resolving issues, providing technical and engineering on-site support for DORMA and other manufactures’ door related products, to ensure company guidelines regarding Health & Safety are met and liaise effectively with all personnel within the company.
Ideally you will have worked in a team environment and possesses accuracy with attention to detail.
